GOOD DAYS CAFE

OUR Roles

Videography
Photography

Good Days Cafe is exactly what it sounds like. A place where the coffee is good, the food hits right, and the vibe makes you want to stay longer than you planned. Open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with an all-day menu built around paninis, salads, pastas, and a full coffee and matcha program — Good Days is the kind of spot that fits into any part of your day, whatever that day looks like. Tucked close to the UNR campus, it's already where students go to study, work, catch up with friends, or do absolutely nothing productive for a few hours. When they came to us, the energy inside the cafe was already everything. Our job was to bring that energy online and make sure every college student in Reno knew this place existed.

Problem

A cafe this close to campus lives and dies by its relationship with the student community. Word of mouth travels fast in a college town — but social media travels faster. Good Days had the atmosphere, the menu, and the personality to become a genuine campus staple, but without a consistent social media presence that actually spoke the language of their audience, that potential wasn't being fully realized. College students are on their phones constantly, and they decide where to eat, study, and spend their time based largely on what shows up in their feeds. Good Days needed to show up — and show up in a way that felt authentic to who they are.

insight

What made Good Days an exciting brand to work with was the clarity of the identity. This isn't a cafe trying to be everything to everyone — it has a distinct personality, a specific audience, and a genuinely fun tone that's rare to find executed this well in a food and beverage brand. Students respond to content that feels real, relatable, and a little playful — not polished corporate marketing. The matcha, the paninis, the cozy corner table with a laptop open, the catch-up session over coffee that turns into a two-hour hang — these are the moments Good Days is built around, and they're exactly the moments that perform on social media when captured with the right energy.

solution

Our strategy was built around photography and videography that matched the cafe's personality — joyful, genuine, and unapologetically fun.

We captured Good Days the way its regulars experience it. The coffee being poured, the matcha getting its moment, the food looking exactly as good as it tastes, the atmosphere that somehow manages to feel both productive and completely relaxed at the same time. Every visual asset was created with the college audience in mind — content that fits naturally into a feed, earns a save or a share, and makes someone tag their roommate with "we need to go here."

relevancy

Good Days Cafe is the kind of place that becomes part of your college experience — the spot you default to, the place you bring people when you want to show them something good. Our work was about accelerating that familiarity, getting the cafe in front of more students sooner, and giving them content worth engaging with every time they opened their phone. When the vibe is already this good, the content just has to be honest about it. That's exactly what we made.
