Some restaurants open with a concept. Quisty's opened with a feeling. Built around imported Italian meats, locally baked bread, and house-made sauces — with every sandwich on the menu inspired by a family member or friend — Quisty's Sandwiches brought something genuinely personal to the Tucson food scene. The food was crafted with care, the story was already there, and the atmosphere made first-time customers feel like regulars. What they needed was a digital presence that could carry all of that into the places people look before they ever walk through the door.

Problem

Opening a restaurant is hard. Opening one in a competitive market, with no existing digital footprint, and needing to build a customer base from day one — that's the challenge Quisty's was facing. A great menu only travels so far on its own. Without a recognizable brand identity, strong search visibility, and a social presence that could generate early buzz, even the best sandwich in Tucson risks going undiscovered. Quisty's needed to launch loudly and strategically, converting the excitement of a new opening into sustained, repeatable foot traffic before the novelty window closed.

What stood out immediately was how much story Quisty's already had to tell. Our job was to make sure that when they searched, Quisty's came up — and that when they landed on the brand, the story was compelling enough to bring them in.

We approached the Quisty's launch as a full brand build, with every piece designed to work together from the start.

The visual identity came first — graphic design, photography, and videography that put the food front and center while communicating the warmth and personality behind it. The sandwiches were the star, and the content treated them that way.

The website was built from scratch with both the customer and the search engine in mind. Brand story, menu, location — all presented cleanly, with fast load speeds, mobile optimization, and an SEO foundation that would support discovery from day one. Menu and location pages were optimized for the local searches most likely to bring hungry customers through the door.

Social media became the engine for early awareness. We built a content strategy around the things that make Quisty's worth talking about — the ingredients, the prep, the people, the story behind each sandwich — and paired it with influencer partnerships that introduced the brand to local audiences who were already looking for their next favorite spot. A Google Reviews growth strategy ensured that as customers came in and loved it, that enthusiasm translated into the kind of online credibility that keeps new customers coming.
