Thomas Dermatology has been a trusted name in dermatological care for over 30 years — serving patients across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Arizona with medical, surgical, and cosmetic expertise. Founded by Dr. Douglas Thomas, the practice built its reputation the right way: through exceptional care, experienced providers, and a genuine commitment to patient outcomes. But in a healthcare landscape where patients increasingly turn to Google before they ever pick up the phone, a strong clinical reputation alone wasn't enough. Thomas Dermatology came to us ready to close the gap between their offline credibility and their online presence.

The Las Vegas and Henderson dermatology markets are among the most competitive in the country, with clinics of all sizes investing heavily in digital visibility. Despite decades of trust and a loyal patient base, Thomas Dermatology was being outpaced online. Capturing that traffic meant positioning Thomas Dermatology as the obvious authority in their markets, not just another option in the results.

Our strategy centered on three pillars: a modernized website, comprehensive SEO, and a refreshed visual identity — each designed to work together and compound over time.


We rebuilt the website from the ground up with a patient-first experience in mind. Service categories were restructured to make medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology easy to navigate. Treatment pages were optimized for search. Load speeds and mobile performance were improved to meet the expectations of today's patients and search engines alike.


On the SEO side, we executed a full-scale strategy targeting competitive dermatology keywords across Nevada and Arizona — from on-page optimization and local SEO for each clinic location to technical improvements that strengthened the site's overall search performance.

Every piece of content was built to capture the high-intent searches that translate directly into appointments.


We also led a visual rebrand, producing professional photography and videography that gave the practice a modern, trustworthy presence online.
